Have never tried the equipment and want to master the foundation in a private setting? We are currently offering a pack of 3 private sessions for £255.
It’s an ideal way to start your practice if you have chronic pains, aches, or specific/personal goals you’re looking to address, before taking group classes. Our instructor will work with you 1:1, so you can develop the fundamental skills necessary to feel safe and confident in a group class.
