We host private group sessions, give you a shared space to move, grow, and challenge yourselves together. Each class adapts to your group’s needs, making Pilates accessible no matter your starting point.
We have a capacity to host 8 people only per session if you want to arrange a wellness event with larger group please drop us an email and we will try to accommodate you as best as we can!!.
